Joshua Rodriguez is a thought leader, writer and self-proclaimed agitator with a multifarious background in the talent acquisition industry providing solutions, motivation, and emotional intelligence to holistic US staffing needs domestically and offshore. He has a passion for providing global outsourcing services using modern business strategies, collaborating with open minds, and utilizing cloud technology. Born in The US his passion has taken him to The Philippines, Canada, and Panama to work on RPO and MSP programs. Joshua genuinely enjoys sharing his insights in written format via content development/writing, online verbal demonstrations with video-conferencing, or his favorite setting… having a face to face discussions over a rich cup of coffee or a nice glass of aged Caribbean rum. Considered an “average Joe” who enjoys sports and a nice pair of slacks, he believes in the power of human interaction by volunteering for international relief efforts. Joshua is also a proud father of his son who is currently obtaining a Civil Engineering degree in South Florida.
