The Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association's mission is to "educate the market about RPO". We have many initiatives this year to help us with this mission. Early in March this year we subscribed to a new marketing software (HubSpot) and started implementing an Inbound Marketing methodology adding new content (blog posts, white paper, webinars) to a new RPO Resource Center. We're also learning more about our site visitors by incorporating landing pages and lead intelligence.
It takes longer term to see results from an inbound marketing strategy, but our 3 month early performance is very impressive. Here is how RPOA marketing is doing in numbers as of June 11, 2012:
- Website traffic is up by 27% this day compared to the same time a month ago, and up by 35% compared to the average of the last 3 months
- Leads are up by 125% this day relative to the previous month, and up by 350% relative to the average of the past 3 months.
- The RPOA site ranks in top 3 search results for 30 keywords (related to recruitment process outsourcing), and 46 keywords in top 10 search results. A PPC campaign to get the same results would cost $197.17 per month.
- Our website traffic continues to grow based on visits from different sources (organic, direct, referral, email campaigns, and social media). We expect to continue breaking our record numbers each month.
How are we doing this?
We expect the RPOA website to continue to grow and engage visitors because we are working on providing value to the RPO buyer community (in the form of resources) with the help of our RPO members.
