Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA)--The Place to Go for RPO™--is excited to announce the appointment of Tim Hawk to the newly created position of Director, Partnership & Business Development.
In his new role, Hawk will be supporting RPOA’s mission of providing programs and a community where thought leadership can be created and curated to educate the marketplace about RPO.
The RPOA has been growing steadily since its relaunch in 2016 as a member-driven organization led by an advisory board of industry leaders focused on elevating RPO’s status and increasing its adoption by talent acquisition and business leaders.
Hawk brings more than 20 years of HCM expertise and connections in the talent acquisition industry to the RPOA. He'll be leading strategic initiatives aimed at growing RPOA’s corporate memberships and introducing new sponsorship opportunities.

Hawk recognizes the RPO community consists of a dynamic and active ecosystem of RPO buyers, providers, technology companies, analysts, and investors in a global landscape. He’s excited about bringing his connection building skills and business-savvy to his new role with the RPOA.
Hawk has served in significant positions as an agency representative, a college recruitment manager, and a media vendor early in his career. His background also includes business development experience with job boards and within technology start-ups in the recruitment space. Hawk's most recent experiences have been working with teams in the enterprise, agency, staffing and RPO markets around the globe.

The RPO industry is projected to grow at a rate of 15 percent (five times the growth rate of traditional staffing and recruiting services), and new critical capabilities are being added by innovative RPOs on continued bases.
A Penn State alumnus with a degree in Advertising, he has recently relocated to Southern California, where he enjoys the outdoors and exploring the Coachella Valley.
