The Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) is pleased to announce Jason Krumwiede as the newest member of the RPOA Advisory Board. Current Advisory Board members include distinguished RPO and business leaders Cory Kruse, Pam Verhoff, John Younger, Ryan Baca, and Stan Maupin.“As the only membership-driven organization serving the global RPO community, the Advisory Board serves a vital function in providing strategic direction for the association,” said Lamees Abourahma, RPOA Serving Leader. Advisory Board members lead and oversee programs and initiatives that carry out the organization’s mission of advancing the RPO industry and educating the market about recruitment process outsourcing.
“The role of the RPOA is to be an educator and a trainer,” said Krumwiede. “It fills a gap in the industry where delivery and business leaders can collaborate and learn from each other.”
The RPOA provides RPO leaders a platform to share experiences with industry peers in a collaborative and supportive environment, whether at the executive leadership level or the senior delivery level.
“Being an active RPOA member allows us to share critical client insights and strategies for improvement,” said Krumwiede. “Measuring ourselves against the KPIs we’re expected to deliver for our clients, combined with the expectation of forming deep relationships, raises the stakes of our services. The RPOA gives us the forum to learn from each other and deliver exceptional results, all of which helps us positively represent RPO in the marketplace.”
