The Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) is thrilled to announce the launch of a new initiative aimed at fostering mutually beneficial partnerships within the recruitment outsourcing community.
The objective of iCoCo (an abbreviation for innovative community connections) is to empower RPO providers to grow their businesses and better serve their clients by forging strategic partnerships with talent technology and service providers within the iCoCo community.
“iCoCo aligns with two key values of our organization: innovation and relationship building,” Lamees Abourahma, Executive Director of the RPOA, explained. “Our members are faced with the challenge of staying informed of the evolving landscape of talent technology,” she said. “iCoCo offers high-touch programs connecting technology and service companies with RPOA members.”

Talent technology is essential to the evolution of RPO providers. According to Everest Group’s 2021 report, the next generation of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO 4.0) will be automated and fully integrated talent solutions with single-sign-on access across multiple technology applications. RPO providers who are able to combine service excellence and automated technology solutions will stay ahead in a competitive RPO marketplace.
