Midlothian, Virginia - The Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) is pleased to announce that Joe Marino, Chief Growth Officer of Hueman People Solutions, has joined its Advisory Board.
As a leading executive in the recruitment industry, Marino brings over twenty-five years of experience to the RPOA. In his role as CGO at Hueman, a nationally recognized recruitment firm, Marino has successfully led the organization's culture. He oversees Hueman’s Consulting Services, Business Development, and Brand Marketing Teams and leads many of Hueman’s strategic partnerships, operations, strategy, and growth initiatives.

In his new role, Marino will work closely with other RPOA Advisory Board members to provide guidance and direction to the organization. Marino joins RPO industry legends Pam Verhoff, President and CEO of Advanced RPO, Jason Krumwiede, Executive Vice President of Broadleaf Results, and Kim Davis, Senior Managing Partner at KRD Resources LLC. The Advisory Board plays a critical role in driving the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of the recruitment industry.
