February 4, 2014 – For the first time ever, the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) will be hosting an online panel discussion February 12, 2014 in partnership with the Outsourcing Institute (OI).
The webinar is scheduled from 2:00-3:00 p.m. EST, and is titled “Recruitment Process Outsourcing a Decade Later - What it Means for Buyers, Providers, and Results. The panel will be moderated by Outsourcing Institute Founder and CEO, Frank Casale, and have four speakers from the RPO provider and buyer community, including Mike Mayeux, Novotus CEO; John Younger, Accolo, Inc. CEO; Mark Baudler, Panduit Senior Manager of HR Services and Process Improvement; and Kipp Sassaman, Fikes Wholesale, Inc. Vice President of Human Resources.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing has the benefit of reducing recruiting cost and time while increasing talent quality and hire speed. “Managing people (recruiters) takes a lot of time. Now that we outsource talent acquisition, we’ve decreased our costs by 30% and increased our hiring speed by 55%. This also allows us to focus on strategic value initiatives instead of tactical and operational recruiting tasks. We wouldn’t have the time to be a strategic without partnering with our RPO provider,” states Baudler. RPO is a customizable solution; clients have the option of outsourcing all or some parts of their recruiting systems. Sassaman explains, “You can customize RPO to fit what you need, and we’ve done that. This allowed us to have a scalable infrastructure and a strategic solution.”
