RPOA Celebrates 20 Years of Industry Leadership and Unveils Innovative Plans for 2025

The Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) proudly celebrates two decades of leading innovation in the RPO industry while unveiling strategic initiatives designed to empower its members and shape the future of recruitment process outsourcing.

Since its inception in 2005 by a group of visionary RPO pioneers, the RPOA has set the standard for thought leadership, collaboration, and industry advocacy. Key milestones include launching its webinar series in 2012, redefining its leadership and membership framework in 2018, and introducing the RPOA Annual Conference and RPO Buyer Trends Study in 2022. Most recently, RPOA relaunched peer forums and introduced Kim Davis’s transformative RPO workshop in 2023, cementing its position as THE PLACE TO GO FOR RPO™.

Professional Development:

  • RPO Certificate Program: Led by Kim Davis, this 4-week program provides recruiting leaders with the tools to build and scale RPO businesses.
  • HR Economics Certificate Program: Developed by Maria Scarangella, this course teaches HR leaders cost-saving strategies to drive business value.
  • Toastmasters Speechcraft: Designed for the entire recruiting team, this program enhances communication and leadership skills in 4 to 8 weeks.

  • RPO Buyers Trends Report: A comprehensive analysis of preferences and decision-making among over 500 talent leaders, to be released in January 2025.
