The Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) is thrilled to announce the newest additions to its esteemed Advisory Board—Sarah Peiker, CEO of Orion Talent, and Kim Davis, a renowned RPO entrepreneur and consultant. Their wealth of experience and industry insight will undoubtedly contribute to the ongoing growth of the RPOA.

Sarah Peiker brings over twenty years of talent acquisition and RPO connections to the RPOA. With a distinguished career, she has received multiple Stevie's Women in Business Awards, highlighting her exceptional contributions to the field. A trailblazer in the industry, Sarah is an active member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, where she consistently publishes thought leadership articles on pertinent recruiting, human resources, and business strategy topics. Her extensive expertise and commitment to advancing the industry make her a valuable addition to the RPOA Advisory Board.

In his illustrious career, Kim Davis built strong industry connections and forged valuable relationships that add significant value to the growth of the RPO Association. Kim is a highly esteemed RPO consultant known for his instrumental role in helping firms successfully initiate, expand, and sell their RPO businesses. Currently serving as an operating partner at Vistria Group, a prominent Chicago-based private investment firm, Kim contributes to exploring the RPO vertical. He also holds the position of Senior Advisor at Future Solve, an HR consulting firm focusing on the mid-market. A seasoned speaker and author, Kim's diverse experience enriches the RPOA's strategic direction.

Sarah and Kim bring a plethora of business acumen and industry connections to the RPOA. They join the RPOA Advisory Board alongside distinguished members Pam Verhoff, President of Advanced RPO; Jason Krumwiede, Executive Vice President of Broadleaf Results; Leslie Vickrey, Founder and CEO of ClearEdge Marketing, and Paula Antonelli, People Director at Trafilea. The Advisory Board plays a crucial role in guiding the association to elevate its industry status and better serve its members.
