In our previous article “Understanding the Process” we wrote about the key activities that, as a client, you should look for during the implementation of an RPO process. In this article, we will walk you through what we call, “The Process Experience” of an RPO implementation.

You are probably asking yourself what is “The Process Experience”? We define it as the process of collecting, reviewing, revamping and communicating the recruiting information needed to design the RPO process map.
